Dr. Jason Horan

Dr. Jason B. Horan, DMD

Dr Horan is a 2002 graduate of University of Pittsburgh Dental School of Medicine. After obtaining his DMD, he practiced in Pittsburgh for 5 years. He decided to move to his wife’s hometown of Saint Clairsville in 2007 and open his own dental practice. Dr. Horan is the sole practicing dentist in the office rendering all necessary treatment.


In Dr. Horan’s spare time, he enjoys hunting and taking care of their animals on their farm in Belmont County. Their children are active members of the local 4-H.

Office Manager

Gina, the wife of Dr. Horan, grew up in Saint Clairsville. She attended Tiffin University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business in 1996. Jason and Gina met in 2004 in Pittsburgh. They moved back to Saint Clairsville in 2007 to start their family. They have three children who attend Saint Clairsville Schools.


Gina keeps the front office rolling proficiently with her role as Office Manager. She manages all day to day operations for the office.

Lead Dental Assistant 

Stacie has been with Horan Family Dentistry since June of 2007. Stacie graduated 1st in her class at Ohio Valley College of Technology in 2007 with an Associate’s degree in Dental Assisting. Stacie assists Dr. Horan with all patient treatments. She looks forward to when a patient can leave with a great smile.


Stacie along with her husband, their three children and their family dog, Remi live in Cameron, Ohio. As a family, they enjoy vacationing, kids’ sporting activities and spending time together around a bonfire.

Dental Hygienist

Michelle has been with Horan Family Dentistry since December of 2007. She is a 2002 graduate of the West Liberty Bachelor of Science program in Dental Hygiene. Michelle works part time at the office cleaning and maintaining our patient’s beautiful smiles. 


Michelle and her family live in Barnesville. Her children attend St. Mary’s Catholic School. She enjoys watching her boys play baseball, golf & basketball. The family enjoys traveling, spending time on their farm and spending time outdoors.

Front Desk Receptionist/Director of Marketing

Marina has been with Horan Family Dentistry since April of 2018. Marina received her Insurance Billing and Coding Certificate from St. Augustine School of Medicine in 2011. Marina is the first face you see when you walk into Horan Family Dentistry. She strives to make sure your time spent at the office is relaxing and enjoyable. If you follow our social media, you’ll see Marina’s creative side. She takes care of the social media marketing for the office. Head over to our Facebook page and give her latest post a “like”



Marina and her family live in St. Clairsville. Marina has three children, two sons and a daughter. The oldest attends St. Clairsville Elementary. They spend most of their time on the soccer fields. Her two sons are avid soccer players for Capstone and the St.C Wolfpack. Go Pack Go!

Kelly has been with Horan Family Dentistry since August 2020. She is a 2020 graduate of the West Liberty Bachelor of Science program in Dental Hygiene. Kelly is at the office 4 days a week helping our patients keep their smile shining bright. Kelly lives in Wheeling, WV with her boyfriend and their cat, Miss Pickles.

Dental Hygienist

Katy has been with Horan Family Dentistry since July 2020. She graduated in 2012 from West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Katy is at the office 2 days a week maintaining our patients’ smiles.


Katy lives in St. Clairsville with her husband Zach and their dog Archie. Aside from spending time with family, she enjoys traveling, reading and watching HGTV.
